Exchanges may be done anytime within 30 days of the original purchase.

 

To receive an RA # for an exchange please call 1-877-3BOWTIE or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . You will also be given instructions for your exchange at this time.

 

Your exchange must be clearly labeled with your RA #. All exchanges without an RA # will be refused and all shipping costs incurred will be the customers responsibility.

 

There is no restocking fee on exchanges if the original merchandise is in its original packaging, with any and all tags attached, and has not be altered, soiled, or used in any way.

 

If an exchange is not in its original packaging or is missing tags there will be a 15% restocking fee. This does not include shirts. If a shirt has been opened it can no longer be sold as new, therefore the restocking fee for an exchange on a shirt is 40%.

 

The shipping fees to send you the new item or items and the shipping costs incurred to return the original item is the customers responsibility. However, if you receive incorrect merchandise, Western Tuxedo will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred to send you the proper merchandise and to return the incorrect item to us.

 

Special orders, closeouts, and gently used merchandise may not be exchanged.
