Customers may correct and access their personal information in their accounts at any time to maintain accuracy.

If a customer wishes to access information that is not stored in their online account they must send a request to the Privacy Officer. A written request with sufficient detail to correctly identify the customer must be sent. If for some reason a request to access personal information is denied by Western Tuxedo the customer will be notified in writing of the reason for the refusal and informed of any recourse that is available.

Western Tuxedo is committed to ensuring the security of personal information. All information is collected over (SSL) Secured Sockets Layer. This is the industry standard for safe transmission of data. Other security measures will include secured offices where personal information is held, user ID’s, passwords, firewalls, restricting employees access to personal information, shredding documents, and deleting electronically stored information.
