Western Tuxedo is dedicated to satisfying our customers in every way. If you are not happy with an item purchased, please return it to us.

 

To return an item please call us at 1-877-3BOWTIES or email us at returns@westerntux.comThis e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to acquire an RA #. You will also be given instructions for your return at this time.

 

Your RA # must be clearly marked on all packages you are returning. We will be unable to accept your return without your RA #. Any packages returned to Western Tuxedo without an RA # will be rejected. Any and all shipping costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.

 

Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

 

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all non-defective returns.

 

Western Tuxedo cannot accept returns on special orders, closeouts, or gently used merchandise.

 

The merchandise to be returned must be in exactly the same condition it was in when it was received. The merchandise cannot be altered, soiled, or used in any way. The merchandise must be in its original packaging with any and all tags still attached for the return to take place. This includes shirts in packages. Shirts must be in unopened packages with all pins, etc. intact, in the same manner it was received. Once opened shirts cannot be sold as new.

 

All shipping charges related to the return of merchandise are the customer’s responsibility. You are free to use any method of delivery you wish. So that you are able to track your return it is recommended that the method of delivery you chose offers delivery confirmation and tracking services. Western Tuxedo is not responsible for lost or miss-shipped return items.

 

Returns may take up to 10 days to process once they have been received. If you have not received your credit with 10 days of Western Tuxedo receiving your return please contact us at 1-866-BOW-TIES.

 

International returns (not including Canada and the Continental U.S.) may be charged taxes and fees by the shipping company and/or the receiving country. These fees depend on a variety of factors and will not be calculated until the return arrives at Western Tuxedo. All of these fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
