Orders received after noon Pacific Standard Time will be processed the next business day.

Orders are often shipped the same day received, almost always by the next business day,(unless there is a manufacturer delay). Orders received after 12 pm Pacific Standard Time on Friday thru Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Unless the Monday is a holiday in which case orders will be shipped on Tuesday.

Next Day Air orders that are shipped on Friday will not be received until Monday, which is the next business day.

Standard delivery time is 3 to 10 days, depending on your location. Other shipping options are available upon checkout.

Additional shipping charges will apply to orders being shipped outside of Canada or the Continential United States.

Shipping costs are set by method of shipping. Depending on your location Purolator Ground or UPS Ground will be the most economical and will generally take 3 to 10 days to receive your shipment, depending on your location.

To guarantee an order be delivered within a specific period of time you should choose the preffered air shipping speed.

Your shipment will require a signature at the time of delivery. The address you provide should be one that you will be available at upon the time of delivery.

If a shipment is deemed undeliverable, due to incorrect info, etc., the customer will be responsible to pay a 50% restocking fee and any shipping costs, taxes, or duties the shipment incurs.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Our shipping companies require a physical address for delivery.

Your order may be split into more than one shipment due to manufacturing delays. If this takes place you will not be charged any additional shipping charges.
